We manufacture in Polypropylene (PP) and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). PP is the cosmetic standard due to its excellent resistance to alcohols and bases and its cost-efficiency. HDPE offers greater toughness and is preferred for pharmaceutical and industrial applications. Both are available in FDA-grade. We can provide technical guidance based on your formula composition.

For the standard 25.40mm sphere the tolerance is ±0.05mm. For the 35.56mm sphere it is ±0.08mm. These tight tolerances guarantee hermetic sealing in the finished package and eliminate leaks on the filling line. Dimensional inspection reports per batch are available upon request.
