If you are developing a new roll-on deodorant, antiperspirant or perfume, this is the diameter to specify first — it fits most bottle necks available in the global packaging market.

We manufacture it in virgin PP (the cosmetic standard, smoothest glide) and virgin HDPE (preferred for pharmaceutical and industrial use due to its higher chemical inertness), with a ±0.05 mm tolerance verified batch by batch in our Mitutoyo-equipped metrology laboratory.

At first glance it looks identical to the 1-inch standard, but those 18 hundredths of a millimeter are the difference between a perfect seal and a leak on the filling line.
